WE ARE LOOKING FOR A BOUTIQUE MANAGER WHO WANTS TO BE PART OF THE NEW ERA OF TONAK.

We are looking for someone to join our team in Prague who doesn't just want to "run a shop", but wants to work with us to create a place people love coming back to.

Right now, we are working out how to bring this exceptional brand into today's world – including what our retail and customer experience should look like.

The boutique manager will truly have the store in their hands.

You will take care of the team, sales, customers, stock and the day-to-day running of the boutique. But also how customers feel with us, how we present TONAK and how to turn a visit to the boutique into an experience that makes people want to return.

Some days we will discuss figures and results. Other days a VIP client, the team or the details of a collection display. You will work closely with marketing, sales and management. At the same time, you will be the person closest to our customers every day, with the chance to influence the design and the product range itself.

We are looking for someone who:
🎩 has experience managing a store and people, ideally in premium or fashion retail

🎩 understands business and knows how to work with results, while knowing that good retail is not just about numbers

🎩 can lead and motivate a team and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves

🎩 has a natural feel for customers, product, aesthetics and detail

🎩 can handle demanding clients and build long-term relationships

🎩 is independent, reliable and responsible and doesn't need instructions for every step

🎩 wants to move things forward and come up with their own ideas

There is no ready-made retail system waiting for you to simply slot into.

Instead, you will have the chance to help build it and shape how our customers see TONAK. You will need English, and other languages will come in handy too.

Job Responsibilities

• Actively developing sales
• Managing relationships with existing retail outlets and business partners
• Identifying and acquiring new clients (boutiques, fashion stores, concept stores, e-shops)
• Presenting collections and new arrivals
• Contributing to the development and support of the company’s e-shop
• Monitoring the market, competition, and fashion trends
• Meeting sales targets and providing regular reporting

Who We Are Looking For

• An experienced sales professional (experience in the fashion or lifestyle sector is an advantage)
• An individual with excellent communication and presentation skills
• A self-driven, reliable person focused on achieving results
• Someone who enjoys traveling
• Category B driver’s license
• Computer literacy (MS Office; experience with e-shop platforms is an advantage)
