What will your job entail?

• ensuring complete personnel administration during the employee's life cycle,
• preparing labor law documents (employment contracts, amendments, agreements, confirmations),
• maintaining personnel documentation and employee records,
• cooperating in the recruitment and selection of new employees,
• organizing the start of new employees and the adaptation process,
• communicating with employees and managers,
• cooperating with the payroll accounting department in processing wages,
• working in the personnel information system,
• cooperating in employee training and HR projects,
• monitoring changes in labor law legislation.

What do we expect from you

• at least a high school education with a high school diploma,
• interest in the field of human resources and labor law,
• diligence, independence, reliability and discretion,
• very good communication and organizational skills,
• user knowledge of MS Office,
• experience in the field of human resources is an advantage, not a requirement - we will be happy to train a capable applicant.

Job description:

• design and development of new knitted products
• preparation of technical documentation
• cooperation with production in the introduction of new products

• education in the field of textiles, clothing or a related field

• At least secondary education with a high school diploma.
• Experience in a similar administrative or sales position is an advantage.
